I tried it. It’s simply too heavy to wear for a long time and What about the long term effects on one’s vision from having so much close work. There is something called high myopia that is a growing concern with the amount of time people spend on devices. I haven’t seen any one else even discussing this.

The act of covering your face for an extended length of time is challenging for many people. The sense of not being aware of “what’s behind you” is deeply embedded in our limbic system. And can be very difficult to overcome…. But best of luck to Apple….

You can’t wear them all day because the battery goes out after two hours and Will I be able to send my wife into the future while I stay in the present or vice versa ?

People that say that this product is not going to work really lack vision . This is the beginning of a renaissance in the entertainment industry . Tv as we know it is OBSOLETE , FINISHED AND GONE .
They think they smarter than Tim Cook . They think they smarter than the investors that got the inside scoop of were the entertainment industry is headed . They think they smarter than the finest minds that are on the board of directors at Apple They think they smarter than the engineers that help make this product possible .
You all think that these people didn’t look at charts , trends and have an understanding of were technology is going to look like in the future?
You all think that these people didn’t do a consensus of what people as a whole would like in an entertainment device ? You all think that they didn’t know that most people won’t mind head googles on their heads watching Tv and also being able to blow the screen up right in their faces for them to Immerse themselves into the screen ?
Folks you would be foolish if you think you smarter than the people at Apple.

Now we’ll see people walking and driving around wearing these stupid goggles, completely disconnected from reality and relationships!

This is the point where the apple falls off the tree for me and don’t forget to get your chip inside your brain….and also maybe you want to transition and then you’ll be up to date with zeitgeist.
Review Number 7
It should be about AR, not VR… augmenting what you see and giving you extra information as needed. Putting a camera on your head and closing you off from the rest of the world makes no sense Another Replies This Comment – exactly. AR without cameras looks like faint ghostly overlay and not very compelling. specially not for $4k. Also looks ridiculous.
Review Number 8
Its all well but… In my opinion this price is over the top. Throughout the years I’ve accepted Apple device prices but to be honest this one is out of normal expensive limit to me. As one said.. Apple is not inventing anything.. it’s a recipe company just mixing things. The are good at that but their prices are going into, for me, insane levels. I am an apple user and I, lets say, get the “apple touch” … but guys are going in a direction where many brands were and eventually “died”. Their price for value to users is not reasonable neither close to fair. And yes, it is a choice of customer to buy or not, someone could argue, but in depth it is not that “free will right” at the end. So things that should help and can deliver better life and better results should have a prime premium price? At the end it is all about EBITDA, right? And to be honest – this product will be EOL – “useless” in – what 1-2 years? Keep in mind this is 1st gen and 1gen has its challenges.
And again – this is my opinion and I agree to disagree.

I have had a valve index for years and it’s very easy to wear for hours. Not sure how people are complaining about Vision Pro weight.
Review Number 10
I’m really looking forward to this as the ultimate research tool. Imagine having web pages on “multiple monitors”, research tools, etc., at your disposal, without having to set up many monitors, etc.
Review Number 11
Give it a week or a month. You know why? Even a stupid VR cardboard for a cell phone usually makes new people go “WOW , this is incredible”.. But you ask them a week/month later, they are like. “My head hurt bro and I wanted to throw up.. also very little SW… also on second thought, my monitor is SO MUCH better”.
Review Number 12
I mean, as someone who has owned almost every other VR headset, these reviews pretty much say what I expected. Too expensive + VR / AR is still a gimmick… And Apple didn’t invent either no matter how much they claim too. I’m sure it’s a nice impressive high res headset… But that’s it.
Review Number 13
People keep talking about how stupid people will look walking around with these. These people said the same thing about the original AirPods now everyone else and the competition have an option, Give it a year or two no one needs your opinion before it launches
Review Number 14
This is Apple we are talking about. In 2 years half the country will be wearing these things and making payments.
Review Number 15
So it’s basically just a bigger monitor screen in an AR environment that gives you a headache because you’re pressing the headset against your scalp for hours at a time……ok? Have fun with that. I think I’ll stick with my meta Quest 3.

Review Number 17
So much talk about privacy, but people willing to pay a huge price for a headset that further tracks your head and eyeball movements for even more precise tracking and targeting by apple. hahaha
Review Number 18
Cool tech. but not a single interesting app by now. And simply too expensive for what it is.
Review Number 19
Some of the tech on it is cool. But it doesn’t really do anything that a Meta Quest 3 can’t do, and though it may do some of those things a little better, it’s not $3,000 better.
Review Number 20
I completely disagree. The processing time is so much quicker than the quest 3 reducing fatigue and motion sickness. The imaging is leaps and bounds over anything available. It is much more comfortable than the quest 3 even though it is heavier. Yes, programs are limited, as is always the case with brand new technology. I remember when iTunes was written off because no one thought there was enough content.
Review Number 21
Room for improvement? You mean a bigger price tag?
Review Number 22
Technology should be used to help human accomplish things, not to get addicted to the tech itself.
Review Number 23
I used to love technology… now i want to be as far away from it as i can!
Review Number 24
Nothing on this current list makes me want to purchase a new apple product. This list actually makes me want to look at the Android lineup.
Review Number 25
A Matrix within a Matrix. Feels like the movie Inception, No clue what’s reality or a delusional……(Loss of Grasping on how to be a living breathing entity)
Review Number 26
I’m so glad I won’t be around for this. Very thankful to have made it to 70 years young. I pray for the young.
Review Number 27
I may sound like a boomer but people used to get bullied for things like this (WALKING AROUND WITH A BIG HEAVY GLASS)
Review Number 28
People are just asking to get attacked/robbed walking around with 0 self awareness focused on your VR.
Review Number 29.
I’m happy for them. We can now safely identify the socially awkward.
Review Number 30
Tech for the eye area will NEVER be successful unless is discreet like contacts. No one wants to wear snow goggles walking down the street.
Review Number 31
As a child I was told to not get to close to the tv set, look at it now! Of course this VR will be old school soon, as we have chips planted deep in our brains as babies, but when does it stop. I’m Seriously thinking of turning the Internet off soon, 2 little ones here but this world and technology is getting out of control, love and peace
Review Number 32
Great looking product, but the cost of AppleCare matches the cost of the Meta Quest 3. Is that sustainable? – It’s up to the App Developers to make it happen.
Review Number 33
To be fair, the technology has been there since before 2016, it’s just better and more affordable now than it was back then. It’s pretty easy to predict that once it’s improved, to a certain point that this is a pretty realistic outcome (to an extent).
Review Number 34
It’s called “PREDICTIVE PROGRAMMING.” Just simply showing you things that they are already planning on doing, or already have in the works. This isn’t a “prophecy” or “guess.” They know what they are doing. And instead of us wising up we acting like the Simpsons are our “information” super highway. We literally getting entertained to death, fighting amongst ourselves, stroking out and having heart attacks from not even eating real food! The predictive programming of the Simpsons is the last thing we need to worry about right now!
Review Number 35
I’ve never heard a bad review on a Apple product even when the product is bad….don’t trust none of the reviews anymore.
Review Number 36
Saw a video this morning of guy walking around with it on literally stopped in the middle of a street to finish whatever he was doing. Lol
Review Number 37
Wait until they discover that they used micro OLED (OLEDQoos) which is used is used in lots of headsets out their, but wait, Apple brought it to their funs in a Gucci belt. so they invented it.
Review Number 38
Will be funny seeing these in junk drawers and dumps in a few years.
Review Number 39
But u can’t find many high quality enough content to be played in VP. I feel it needs 4k or even 8k videos to be played – if you really want to enjoy the benefit of the immersive world.
Review Number 40
Thing is so boring man all you can do is brows ITUNES and Mac store garbage there is 0 games all you do is pay $4 grand to use facebook
Review Number 41
The quest 3 is much better value for us here in Aus. 6k for a piece of tech you’ll probably use less the longer you own it is insane. Especially since you’ll still need a MacBook to do the big productivity options it has. It’s an iPad strapped to your face.
Review Number 42
Financed, it’s like $300 a month. So if you want it that bad, it’s no more expensive than any other fancy device.
Review Number 43
It’s an incredible step forward in the VR/AR industry. The price point, in my opinion, is justified because you really are wearing a MacBook on your head. It may not be for everyone, but I’m enjoying it and look forward to the advancements it brings.
Review Number 44
Talking about the price Believe it or not but people do have extra money that even if they buy 4-5 apple vision pro, it wouldn’t matter to them in same way we have $1000, it wouldn’t matter if we spend $1 on some stuff and $1 on some other stuff and spend $10 on some other. To some people there $6000 is like our $1. and Apple is smart. It targets those people.
Review Number 45
$3500. Go home Apple, you’re drunk. My friend bought it and I tried, Pricing is not worth it!
Review Number 46
First, everyone will laugh at it. then everyone will copy it. It happened a couple of times like Removing the headphone jack And charger, AirPods etc.. Apple will do it again!
Review Number 47
It’s like buying a Ferrari with nowhere to drive… No games, very few apps. Netflix not making an app for vision pro.
Review Number 48
The most interestingly thing about the vision pro is that it will force more competition in the industry and higher grade tech will filter down to the cheaper end of gear.
Review Number 49
For the price difference they better have drastically increased performance. My Q3 is for gaming and entertainment. The Vision is designed for business and development.
Review Number 50
It has the M2 chip which is a beast so plenty of power but no apps, games etc unless apple has been secretly working with software and gaming companies which would surprise me.
I am sure apple will come out with all guns blazing.
Review Number 51
Immediately I saw what they could do I knew they where going to be a huge hit, few years from now they will be a must have when more crazy applications come on board.
Final Review of Apple Vision Pro
People have insanely high expectations on Apple, It’s a 1st version the coming versions would get updated and nicer.
CONCLUSION.
As you have read the reviews, There are different Thoughts, Expectations & Opinions of people. It is not quite sure weather such technology is going to be sustainable or not. As of now Apple Vision Pro is big to wear and hard to function for longer period of time & it’s also the matter of cost BUT even if the product gets smaller and cheaper it’s a question that weather this will be sustainable. The combination of AR and MR may or may not be suitable for everyone. Future of AI is bright but in a flip coin, questionable as well!

Apple is good, But this invention was extremely expensive.
